Well, the title of my blog says it’s about the search for truth and fine beers.  It’s about time I focus on a fine beer.  Ommegang’s “Abbey Ale” is a stellar brew, that becomes more spectacular as it migrates from fridge temperature to room temperature. They produce a number of incredible beverages, with “Three Philosophers” being my favorite, but “Abbey Ale” is unbelievably (an adjective I like) amazing!!  Hie thee, and away!! Find an Abbey Ale now!
