Anyone who has known me for any length of time understands that I exaggerate my epiphanies, and have a tendency to treat them as if they were my own inventions.

The Butter Bell is the best thing ever! Across all categories of things, not just kitchen gadgets!!  Never again gouge your toast, or shred your bread!  

You see it here, foreground relative to my “celebrate good cholesterol numbers lunch,” in the “use me” mode. When finished buttering your delicious sour dough, or greasing a pan to fry eggs in, invert the bell and place it in the small urn with 1/2″ of water in the bottom. Voíla! Air-tight seal!!

Rightly so! If the South shall ever rise again, it will be because of the Butter Bell!
