The downslope begins, in my 40 day Facebook fast.
What Next? What Different?
Will I simply complete this exercise and retuen to old habits? I will if I don’t make a plan. Part 1 came to me today, on the treadmill.
I will only use Facebook as a secondary activity, when I’m engaged in something I care about and using Facebook or other social media does not slow, distract or prevent the primary activity.
So far this means Facebook only comes on when I’m on a treadmill, or perhaps trapped in a car on a long drive.
Got any other habit changes to recommend I consider?
